Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration to keep your gaming sessions within healthy boundaries. You'll receive a warning when your limit is approaching.

Cooling-Off Periods

If you feel you need a break, you can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, your account will be temporarily restricted from gambling.

Self-Exclusion

For more serious concerns, self-exclusion allows you to close your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications and your account will be locked. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.
